Annie the Dog needs a home

Annie and her sister, Boots, have been with us for many years already. The girls were picked up form the pound by Jackson Friends in 2010, and placed in a loving foster home. However, the foster family reached a point where they were unable to keep the girls, and so they moved again - this time out to the ARF farm. The girls happily made the move to our new facility in metro Jackson, but we desperately want to find Annie and her sister a new home - we know they would immediately make tremendous pets! You see, these sweet pups are Australian cattle dog mixes, among the heartier and more intelligent breeds available, and they make ideal companions. Annie is extremely affectionate, and loves exploring the great outdoors. The girls have put on a little extra weight at the shelter, but we expect them to shed some of that weight once they have a new yard of their own where they can stretch their legs! The average lifespan of cattle dog mixes tells us that these girls have a long life ahead of them, and we need to get them on the move again - but this time, to a forever home.
